What happens if I make a duplicate booking?
Reservations are considered duplicate when the same passengers travel on the same flights, the same dates and with the same airline.
If you have duplicate reservations please contact us so we can cancel one of the bookings and request a refund to the airline. However, not all airlines may authorise this type of refund.
