Can I cancel my booking?
If you have a refundable booking and you cancel it before the cancellation deadline, you will not pay any cancellation fee. Please note that in some cases for refundable bookings, you still may be charged for a cancellation fee if you cancel the booking after the cancellation deadline.
If you have a non-refundable booking, you have to pay a cancellation fee that is determined by each property and noted in your cancellation policy. It depends on the terms and conditions of the reservation. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy in your Confirmation email.
